BROADWAY + TIMES SQ! (NYC day 1)

arriving to the capital of the world and appearing without warning in the middle of broadway, is more than very shocking. exit the bus station looking upwards, holding the camera up by our faces while grinning from ear to ear, was inevitable for both of us. i felt like tarzan in that adaptation of the story where he was taken to new york... i.ve already seen this place before, and i.m used to technology, to lights and to very tall buildings, but i don.t think there.s anyone in the whole world who wouldn.t feel impressed by all this light and this huge amount of visual stimulation, so there.s no way i could be unimpressed.

under this many skyscrapers, night seems to arrive sooner, and when darkness comes, is when the square of all times (times square) gets to be the myth that it is. i don.t know how many hours we stayed there, sitting and simply staring at all that surrounded us, but i could had stayed much longer. this must be one of the very few places in the states where you can find people 24 hours a day... i guess all those people arround me, also felt they didn.t want to leave and stop feeling the magic and strength you feel in that place
i love sharing this moment with carlos, i would love being able to also share it with someone who.s absolutely far away.

man, i love this place\\
